Each session combines facilitated discussion, practical workplace scenarios and personal reflection. You leave with an action plan for applying what you learned at work, and a certificate of attendance.
The programme follows the EQ at Work method: Notice, Pause, Understand, Respond.

- In-person dates run in the local time of the host city. Daily start and finish times are confirmed with your booking.
- What is included
- Facilitated sessions, practical workplace scenarios, guided reflection, a personal action plan and a certificate of attendance.
- Fees per delegate
